Can a campaign be played in multyplayer?

cant be multiplayer, u cant host campaigns. maybe u can host seperate campaign maps (which then shouldnt be more then 4 mb) but its impossible for some players to go to the next map and some stay

there is no max size for a single player campaign, some r over 100 mb
