No not that kind of hate list

I need a spell, more-or-less a trigger for my boss match to randomly attack different targets on account of how much damage or "hate" he has towards that target. So basically I don't want the first person to hit my boss to take damage for the rest of the fight or if someone taunts him. I need a fear like spell as well (For people who don't know what fear is A spell that makes all heroes lose control over their hero and run out of control for X amount of seconds)

I also need a spell or trigger that allows my boss to randomly cast a spell every once in a while (very low chance)

Also I need a spell or trigger that allows my boss to randomly attack different people..

It seems really difficult for me to figure it out but maybe it isn't as difficult as it looks (hopefully)

Then do actions.

Unit make attacked unit attack attacking.
