How do i make it so that the map doesn't ask you to press any key after you finished loading?

Don't use custom loading screen

...Isn't there something you can do when you use custom loading screen so that you don't have to press any key? Not using a custom loading screen is not a option for me.
#4
no.

You can replace default loading screen files in archive though.

Well, dota has a custom loading screen and you don't have to press any key.

What is this replacing of archive, and what does it do.

do some research? find mpq archive editor, open war3.mpq, open worldedit's Import Editor, read, think.

Low-life why are you "helping" me if your going to be like that. Telling me to do something i have no knowledge about and then when i ask what it is. You tell me smart comment to find out for myself.

That is just mean :(

Palermo1Well, dota has a custom loading screen and you don't have to press any key.

any time a map takes a really long time to load it will skip the "press any key" part. guess it's blizzard's compensation for long loads, or another nice glitch like slot refreshing.

Oh for god's sake, it's possible. Why don't you fuсking try to find a way yourself? Download Warcraft 2 Viewer, open war3.mpq with it, find files:

UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Loading-Human-BotRight.blp
UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Loading-Human-TopRight.blp
UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Loading-TopLeft.blp
UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Loading-BotLeft.blp

Convert them to .bmp files, edit them, convert back to .blp, and import into your map using world editor's import editor. Change their pathes to: (by double clicking on them)

UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Loading-Human-BotRight.blp
UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Loading-Human-TopRight.blp
UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Loading-TopLeft.blp
UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Loading-BotLeft.blp

(same as they were in war3.mpq)
Make all players Humans, and choose "no custom loading screen". You'll have your drawn screen with map preview and list of players on it, indicating who has already finished loading and who has not.

In any case, thanks for the tips :D

not everybody has had as much experience in this as you have low-life... everybody was new at whatever they're good at. talent can take you far but can't make up AT ALL for experience and knowledge.

Only thing you need is to be able to read. I didn't google this. It's written in world editor.
