Yaknow, its NIGH impossible to get character models to start with, not minding the fact that its nigh-impossible to grab things from 1.11 onwards because of changes Blizzard made to the MPQ which means that you need a version of WinMPQ which won't crash when loading the several gigs of data

wc3 has already a model which looks nearly like cthun. try the model "forgotten one" and there are also tentacles. maybe you could use this ones.
