The WEU on this site is compatible with 1.17+, including 1.20e.
However there is a 1.20 version of WEU at
http://ruthlessreign.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=29&sid=816e2ce7654ea88ace322201abaea922 but I haven't tried it out yet.
