can't find an editor

hey can anybody hel[ me i can't freakin find a working skin editor and a converter so i can edit the skins... thanks for any help i get

Use Warcraft 3 Viewer to extract and convert the skins (Tools section on this site) and use any image editing program to edit the skins, such as Paint Shop Pro (www.jasc.com), Photoshop (www.adobe.com), or if you want a free imaging program use The GIMP (www.gimp.org).
