how to make that tree will stop distance weapon

im making a maps where people shoot slow missile (motar attack) to people. The missile actually follow the unit but I want to make that tree will stop missile (not go throug tree).

Use dummy as missile and test if it is on pathable area. If not (tree, cliff), kill it
