How to make Hero gain Exp when above Lv5 ?
How to make slow poison stack with Frost Breath ?

Do you mean make a Hero gain exp. on creeps when above level 5?
I'd like to know that myself too.....

You could either make the creep player owned (in case your map is no 12 player map, so you could use 1 player for the creep), or you could (I'm not sure) go to advaned, gameplay constants, and then change the creep reduction table to '100' (don't forget to enable 'use custom gameplay constants').
