How do I make save/load functions?

I am making a rpg, and I would like to know how to make a save load function. I need a save/load function unique to players names (to prevent cheating). Any help would be nice, links to a site for information would be nice to. Thank You. :!:

yes bro thats rite, but still, a save/load system is hard to make, its doesnt take one or two days, all the newbies to save/load really need one for their map
and i dont use save/load system in WEU script for my map, i just wanna know hows WEU did the save load.

There is some way to save an invisible file in ur computer, so the game will be saved. Im not sure.
Ask the moderator DarkShadow, i think he made this way of saving.

 Yeah, TRIED to make a way, but it's not working for multiplayer because LAN-game-caches are deleted after leaving the map (didn't test on B.Net, but I think there'll be the same problem.)

Oh...
Well i remember trying it (not multiplayer though) and it was brilliant! So thx :)

Off-Topic: Thx for the credits :D

Damn was I unhappy when I realized it doesn't work for multiplayer (especially because I did it for another member here for multiplayer use)
