I have been trying a new triggered spell that involves the hero moving to a point instantly a lot and i was wondering what dose it mean when an unit suddenly teleports to the center of the map without my triggers telling it to.

just that somewhere your triggers do in fact tell it to do that.

I am SOOOO freakin sure I dont have a trigger that teleports a unit to the center

Hey if i order the unit to "Move instantly" to a point that no longer exist then will that cause the unit to tele to the center?

Check. If the region no longer exists then the trigger won't function as it is classes as incomplete.

its not a region its a point w/ polar offset but i filler it so it only picks live units
