Spell like ground web in dota.

I am trying to make a spell for my hero whcih requires 'burrows'. Its basically a single person mass teleportation that can only bring you to your burrows. The thing i dont know though is how to make the burrow permanent without using carrion beetles spell(even though that needs a corpse.) Ty for any help guys

make the summon duration 0

for buffs/durations in the object editor, 0 is infinite.
