Milkshape is not free. I believe you can download it at www.milkshape.com. I use Gmax, which is free. You can download it www.discreet.com.

I actually got it from TFT's website (www.blizzard.com/war3x/). It's there as a wallpaper.

on gmax do u have to give out information such as address, E-mail, phone #, or anyother personal information?

Well they will just send you the code (sometimes in junk mail) , you don't have to give your personal information

so u only have to give u there e-mail?

The most important thing is your e-mail as they will send the code with that e-mail

Yes, Gmax does allow you to animate models. I reccomend trying this tutorial.
