Just got to www.gimp.org and look for the download there. It shouldn't be too hard.

An archive of wc3sear.ch, which ran from 2003 until December 2006. Read-only: accounts, uploads and posting are intentionally absent.

The community continued at The Hive Workshop, which absorbed this site and still hosts much of its work.
