I really want to have a female Blood Elf model from TBC in WC3.
Well, I need a little information first. Would it be best if I supplied you with the BloodElfFemale.m2, or give you an un-animated model with all of the armor and the correct face and hair I want in .3DS or .MS3D format?
I don't mind if the animation is from another WC3 model already existing rather than the animations in the model, as long as it doesn't look ridiculous.
I could do it if you provided me with all necessary skins (For the face, weapons, hair and armour) and a picture of what it should look like because like HELL would I do it via a description. But with the .m2 of corse
Though it'd take ages even so, character models are notoriously annoying, and you'd need to give me a picture of the filelist of TBC-only creatures
And for the record, the Ghost Gryphon is not a TBC creature
Anywho, defiently doable, just might take a while. You're VERY lucky because I just had my last trial exam today
Oh, and can you grab me a pic of the Krakken, Wrathguard, Voidlord, Gronn, RaptorOutland and Beholder?
EDIT:
Woah. Ok, we appear to have a bit of a problem
It seems that my converter isn't liking the Blood Elf or the right shoulderpad. While I could just flip the shoulderpad, the Blood Elf is a bit more pressing issue
Might just be a bugged file, can you attempt to send the same thing over so I can try converting again?
Nah, converting straight to .mdl. I lack any programs to deal with .max, as I've occaisonally whinged about. If you throw me the .m2 a seperate time, might work
But thank you SOOOO bloody much for those pictures
Oh, and if you still have the m2 over with you, try using
on it. Click the roughly "Open" file thing, then try to open the Belf.m2. Tell me if it gives you an error or gives you an error and then opens the model onto the thing
If its the later, click on the roughly "Save" button and that's the mdl converted over, which I can use. If its the former, I can't really do much =/
