How do i change the model scaling of abilities

Hi,
I downloaded the model which looks like a medic`s needle... I want to scale it up now and exchange the shadowstike graphic with the scaled up needle.
Well, just exchanging works, but how can I achieve a scaled up shadowstrike ?

You'll have to edit model. Once youedit it, feel free to scale it however you want.
