How to change "Maximum Pitch Angle (degrees)" to a negative value?

hold Shift while opening the field, or check Allow Negative Values in the World Editor in the Preferences menu.

Thanks for the help but i tried the preferences and marked the negative without much luck, but the trick with pressing shift were much more lucky
