Go to Add/Update resources in the upper menu.

Extract icons from Wc3viewer ,
http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Tools&ID=11&sid=598722c2d5992c422ca27d11317cbfc5 , then edit it and Convert it back to BLP, and import it to you map.
