Need help with model - C'thun

If you have played world of warcraft, you'd know about the final boss of AQ 40, C'thun, an old god of azeroth.

I'm currently creating a map based on Ahn Qiraj, and i really need the model of him, the problem is, I'd like a model where both the eye and the body of c'thun are merged into one model, when wow model viewer separates them into 2 different models.

Is it possible to make it into one? Like this picture shows:
