can't use Blp warcraft 3 textures in adobe Photoshop?
why? .........
any have a other program to skin's?

Now I'm not going to act like a skinning master, but I do know that the .blp format is used only by blizzard. Adobe doesn't really care about this format, so you will have to find a "blp to tga" converter. Change your blp to a tga, edit with photoshop and change it back.
