Can I Post a Spell Here?

Since the site is down and nobody knows when it will be back, and we can't upload files but we can make posts, is it illegal to post the spell text into a post for all to see, or... should I just wait?

The text is not enough. You need object editor objects, you need rawcodes, you need a lot of stuff! What do you have in your mind anyway?

IT was just a hero, but I guess there is a lot of object data for abilities... forgot about that
