Geoset Merger doesn't work with Portraits?

Geoset Merger doesn't work with Portraits?

Hello, I have a question about the Geoset Merger. Does it work with portraits? I am working on a Velen model, but when I try to merge a beard on the Archimonde portrait it doesn't work. It just floats in the air . Can you help me?

Uh... Merging it onto the correct bone and positioning it in the correct place?

I know for a fact portraits work, my Stormshepard's additional portrait is a mess of geomerges on an Owlbear

It is positioned in the right place, and I've tried all of the bones but it still doesn't work .

Anyone?
