Importing model problem

I've been importing some icons and that works fine and i can see the skins i've been importing there but attaching them to the model doesnt work. But what do you mean with using the paths below "Number of Skins:" , there it doesnt say the second half =S

what the heck do u mean second half?

By that i mean the name of the file.. meaning that the first half is the path (like folder\anotherfolder\filename )

if the thing says the paths are:
Skin 1: Mountaineer.blp
Skin 2: MountaineerHelmGreen.blp
Skin 3: MountaineerRifle.blp

then thats what they are.

not every path is with a directory.

i never add a directory to mine, just the name since i think its useless and annoying adding a directory.
