Can someone make this model??(Evil bad guy)

Can someone make me a model for my game, there's going to be an evil guy ...by the way the game is an escape maker type game... who is, well the maker. Here's a description of him:
MAINLY HE SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE DREADLORD MODEL IT WOULD BE EASIER...
Face - glowy red eyes(if possible), small fangs(if possible).
Body - Nice black wings, claws and no chest armour, just bare skin(if you can), also, if possible, remove the shoulderpads.
Legs - just leave these like the dreadlord.

and about the model: basically it's a dreadlord
so maybe you could use the dreadlord model... right? spares some space too
