How Do I Attach My Skins To My Model

i made a model and a skin but i dont know how to attach them to each other plz if u know plz tell me!!!

Tell me a few things such as:
What modeling program did you use>
Are you using Blizzard's Art Tools?
Do you have any clue to the structure that Warcraft III uses to read and compile models?

i use vertex modifier or something like that and no i have no clue i dont know any thing about modeling pretty much srry
