Spell Request

could any of you make a channel-type spell
that attacks every enemy unit in a ??? range
around the caster with a ??? cooldown
with damage equal to his normal damage
(??? is meant so the value is change-able)

i need it =P
PS:if u dont want to make it can u give me a clue how to make it?
