Cooldown Issue

How do i make a cooldown appear on items when i have added an ability to them? When i make an item and fx give it Beserk the cooldown doesn't appear how do i fix it.

[ ] "Ignore cooldown" isn't checked on the item.

[ ] The ability I gave the item has the correct cooldown.

[ ] The item has an acceptable cooldown group.

What do you mean by the item has to have an acceptable cooldown?

Look at the item stats, and see "Stats - Cooldown Group". Make sure that the ability selected is the item ability this item has.

I have even done that but still no cooldown appears and even worse even though i've set a mana cost for the ability it doesn't cost any mana to use the ability and i really don't know what wrong

The ability needs to be in the top of the list of the items abilities

I don't understand

The Item Ability must be in the first item of the list. Make sure that 'Stats - Actively Used' is true...

no more ideas for now..
