For example Defiance ORPG they have like 8x strength in dmg and etc...And I was wandering how you would do such a thing.

You can easily do this with GUI
Unit - Cause Triggering Unit to Damage Target Unit of Ability Being Cast for 8 x Strength of Triggering Unit, Using Attack Type Spells and Damage Type Universal
