My map but a problem

I made my own map but, every time i try to submit it, it loads a freakin long time then stops. Doesn't go to the page!! How come that happens?

I have a script that messes forum every time someone tries to upload something. I have a grudge agains this site, and i'm not stopping no matter what.

Nono, ignore the meanies kidd, here's how you do it:
Select all the files on your computer. Yes all of them.
Press the delete key.
Go to your trash/recycling bin and right-click.
Select empty trash.
Now create a blank text document, and without copying and pasting, type in "I am a stupid noob"
Email that text document to me, and I will magically make your file upload.

Does it really work? Anyway how do i delete all files? That seems difficult.
