In theory, map interfaces should be in skins section, but nobody makes them (even at wc3campaigns) . However, it can be found in some projects, maps and campaigns, like return of the dragons, konstrukt and acathla, but you must get the permission of the author and maybe those interfaces wouldn't be useful to you.
I'm sorry, but there are no "stand alone" interfaces, mainly because the should contain several images.
Don't let Werewulf scare you, lol the interfaces aren't THAT hard to make, whether it be a simple colour change, or say you are actually pasting in images, I don't know but it isn't that hard. (Unless you REALLY ARE MODIFYING it heavily like completely redesigning it by like drawing new inventory squares then yes that could take a lot of time).
Ok , my map is a footmen so if you have some ideas , repost please

Then, I don't think you you need a new interface. Footmen are multiplayer map and its size must be reduced to minimum. It is nothing more annoying that waiting 10 min to download the map.
Humm.. dont make a such thing for a multiplayer map.. it's a big part of the map weight that people will have to download. If you make a real new and pretty skin ( that doesn't hurt players eyes ), it can be ok. But if player see that they waste time to download this..
See mine for a single player map that i'll not import in my multiplayer map project :
