To exceed the normal terrain and slope limits you must edit the file MiscData.txt.

• Using WinMPQ, extract UI\MiscData.txt from War3Patch.mpq to WarcraftIII\UI.
• In the [Terrain] category change MaxSlope=60 to MaxSlope=90.
• Save the file, no need to import.

I have paraphrased from the following detailed tutorials:

Hmm, i found the file and chaged it to 90 as you said but it isent working, sure that i dosent have to import in any way?

(WinMPQ didnt worked so id used Model Editor and opened the file from it's MPQ browser)

On http://momm.seiken.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=3674 it said that i had to open Options->File Lists->Add List File to allow WinMPQ to read the patch data. but wich file should i select?

your not raising the ground, your like making walls instead of raising it with the raise tool, and to get it striaght up someone made something on the wc3campaigns that allows you to do that
