In Paint Shop Pro,I want to edit the Chain Lightning-Primary target model and I want to use red lightning.Can I just paste the copied Texture of the Red Lighting over the Chain Lightning model?How?

And how am I suppose to do that? Hmmm,You mean:In LightningData.slk, change at the Chain Lightning-Primary bolt and secondary bolt LightningRed.blp,instead of Lightning.blp?
