Okay, I worded the last topic a little harshly and I dunno why so here's a re-write ^^. I want to know your oppinion on whether people take World of Warcraft too seriosly or not? I, for one, reckon people do.
Some people almost make it seem more like work than fun, they take the fun out of the game. Some people only care for armor with a higher bunch of numbers than armor they actually like, same with weapons. What's the fun in running around in a character who's attire almost makes you want to vomit for the sake of being powerful?
And there was that Undead Warlock in Ragefire Chasm who was barking 3 letter orders at everyone and shouting at me for making a simple and minor mistake.
My point is alot of people take World of Warcraft too seriosly, they become addicted and think of it as more than just a computer game (such as they talk about stats all the time, I know, my brother's one of them).
The fact that you acted pissy makes you just as dick as the non-RPers. I'm already aware of the maturity that many who don't bother to read server labels, but you have to accept. Looking at your post, I highly doubt your idea of role playing (give me proof on how you actually role play and I'll take this statement back.)
Otherwise, read this and find a good solution to your role playing problems. I accepted the fact that some people take games (not just WoW) seriously, but I wouldn't go around pushing buttons about the way people play.
Reading it, I did word it a tad harshly >.<. I honestly dunno why but meh, *clicks delete* oh and I RP by acting as my char would. he's and Elder Tauren Warrior so I act...like an Elder tauren Warrior..
Hehe. I agree with you, Cenurick. People take WoW WAYYY to seriously. And if I were you, I would've worded it even HARSHER. The "Intense" WoW players should serious get lives.
