Dissable Arrow Key Scroll

Kk i need help dissabling arrow key scroll. i now the basic click and shit but i cant seem to find it. Can some one make this simple jass script for me?

Just lock the camera to a unit or point. You can't just force the game to not respond to arrow keys.
