If a template spell map were released, would you use it?

All of my maps use what I call a Template Spell Map. This includes a basic terrain, preplaced Creeps, and a Testing Assistant. The Testing Assistant is a spellbook item that has various abilities, which help you test the main spell of the map:
1) Restore - Completely restores the hit points, mana points, and ability cooldowns of all your units. Also removes all negative buffs.
2) Level Up - Increases the Hero's level by one.
3) Level Down - Decreases the Hero's level by one.
4) Blink - Teleports the Hero to the target point.
5) Rally - Calls all of your units to your side.
6) Kill - Instantly kills the target unit.
7) End Test - Ends the game. Skips dialogues and scores.

The reason why I'm posting on this is that I have seen several spell test maps that are impossible to test, much less play, because of overpowered Creeps, lack of visibility, or other easily fixable bugs in the map itself.

Yeah thats a good one...

But you should make it so when you level up a dialog appears, allowing you to choose your level (like Vexorain's)

Done.

Now, should I submit it as a spell or as a map? I'm leaning towards as a spell.

i also would submit it as a spell, because of the spellbook item abilities

Actually instead of level up and down u should make a ability: Change Level. Dialog appears, you choose your level.. Voila
