Plz solve my problem

I downloaded a kimahri model,i imported it,i saved the map,i closed the W.E.,then i opened the W.E.i put it on The hero Hellscream,but when i tested the map there wasn't kimahri, but a Hellscream who was holding a spear.......Why?????
