I need help with the golem statue lots of help!

Ok I wrote the path Units\Creeps\GolemStatue\GolemStatue.blp
But when i write down that path it just makes the guy look like a battle golem whats wrong???

If in the game and applied correctly it should turn out fine but WE doesn't apply the skin to the model immediately...
