just search on google

there are many others too, like 3ds Studio Max, gmax etc

ok i dled it but now im lost... i clicked on setup and it a window pops up... how do i get it to start

well, we install it first.

oops well yea i already did that rite after dl now im at the setup problem... in the folder it only has readme, uninstall, help, and setup

well the installation was not installed sucessfully... try a full re-install and read system requirements
If it it installed sucessfully, the folder would have many .dll files etc

Milkshape is not free. It only comes with a 30 day trial.

Try Gmax instead. It's free and probably a better editor than Milkshape. If you need any help with it try this tutorial.
