Cant extract model files?

Ok so i downloaded the model file I wanted and when I go to extract all it wont do anything, like it does nothing, I have windows xp, and I use warcraft 3 viewer...

Hm, sorry, but I don't really understand your words. The model-file comes as a .zip-file that should be extracted with WinZip or any other reliable zipping-prog. Or do you mean you can't extract models out of the mpq using wc3 viewer?

If the zip is empty try a different zip program - winzip, winrar, winace, power archiver
