Question on How Attack Speed Bonuses Stack
How do skill % boosts and upgrade % boosts work together? Like if the units base was # of seconds of delay per attack and an upgrade increased speed by ##% and skill boosted it by ##% would the base speed be boosted by the upgrade then boosted by skill or would it just add to the total % increase?I hope this question has made sense.
