error with converting skin! help plz

when i convert the tga file into a blp, i have a problem. when i see the file it says that the file size is 0 kb. plz help

I have that too when I convert a .JPG to .BLP and then again into .TGA...

Hopefully someone will give you an advice, but i think it is something in your computer.
What program do you use to convert?

try using adobe photoshop to edit your skin (i like editing it in tga format, nothing special about it though) and a realy good extraction,vewing,converting program is the wc3veiw found in your local downloads/tools section PS i cant find out how to submit a skin i made... any idea how? pm me please
