How do u make icons can some one Tell me a full Instructions(besides painting) PLease thanks

Make a 64x64 canvas, put the silver border around it, save it as a tga, use war3 viewer, convert TGA -> BLP, upload, you're done.

By the way that is a BEAST of a sig.

Its quite easy to do a icon.
