Purple Icons when i try to tranform TGA to BLP

when i try to tranform TGA files to BLP the icon becoome purpeled. its just purple everywhere. some1 tell me whats wrong and how i should fix it?

1. Is the .tga 24bits/32bits before conversion in WC3 Viewer?

2. Is the quality for conversion to .blp for WC3 Viewer high enough?

3. There could be a problem with the icon itself.

Are you using PSP 8? When I tried to make an icon with PSP 8, it gave my icons an ugly blue tint because PSP adds compression to the files regardless of if you want it or not.
