I needs ideas how to make it better.

Hm, difficult to make it better
perhaps the red color a bit darker, as far as I remember the Uruk Hai had a darker skin

This skin is great! but i also think (like DarkShadow) that the red need to be bit darker

I dont think so (red need's more dark), i think its great!! ummm... i cant see a way to improve it much.. i think i'd like some metal gloves, maybe.
Its awsome though!
