Help with level requirements

ok how do i make it so that an ultimate has two levels and one can be leanred on six and the other on sixteen. i can make it have two levels i just need help on which levels they can be leanrned on.

go to the spell that u want. go to the stats part, you'll find one that says "Level" thats how many levels the spell will have. Nearby there will be a level skip requirement so...
For level put 2 that'll give u 2 levels for the ult.
For level skip put 10 cause the ult will be lvl 6 i assume. so 10 levels after u get ur ult its lvl 16 in which will give u the spell at lvl 16 =] hehe
