For crying out loud how do i upload a map to this website

Guys can yu please tell me how do i upload a map to this site... cause im kinda new here and thus someone already told me to click the add/update resources but its not very detail.

Ok clik add/update rescources and then click the little maps button. Then click add new map. Voila.

are you 11? you said you already clicked add/update resources you said, but have you seen the "Select the category you want to edit" ? it's very simple, too bad if you can't understand, anyone can understand. it's not complicated at all. click add/update resources, go to maps and woah, was it that hard? i think you're joking us man.
