Help with visibility!!!!!!

how do i create a place of visibility in the center of my map? a place that everyone can see. used in foot wars maps for the middles area. how do i do this?
it should also be permanent.

First Create a rect for the spot that u want to be lighted then do this

Visibility - Create an initially Enabled visibility modifier for (Picked player) emitting Visibility across Battle Field <gen>

For the Battle Field <gen> thats the spot that u want to be lighted!!
