If i gonna skin.. for example a rifleman.. how do i get his skin (that i wanna edit) from the first time? Do i need any progams to find it or what?? Looks like everybody know it.. exept me ..!
Download WC3 Viewer in the tools section Open up WC3 Viewer, extract the skin from the mpq via the tree list (browse through the categories to find your skin) Extract it as a .tga (recommended) Open up your image editing program Open up the extracted skin via it Work on the skin. Note that you should use the zoom in tool. Try not to change sensetive parts like the background and try to be accurate.
