There is no converter that can convert from mdx or mdl to gmax. The best thing you could get is KMK's Importer/Exporter Script, Which does not import with animations or skins. You can find it via a simple search on Wc3Campaigns.com.

Is there any that convert .gmax or .p3d to .mdx? If I get one I will finally know the secret to skinning!
