Alright so how do u make skins.... (program)??

you need photoshop or paintshop pro and image extractor II

with image extractor you export the correct skin as tga. then change skin with photoshop/paintshop pro. then save the tga as blp and import in your map

I reccomend reading a tutorial. You can find some tutorials on skinning at Warcraft 3 Campaigns (although the tutorial section is currently offline) or at Warcraft III.Net.

I reccomend using The GIMP a freeware image editor just as good as photoshop.

well got the image extractor but it wouldnt work said was missing files. anyone got a version that works?

does it have to be photoshop? i got something called photostudio and its different to photoshop and i find it easier to use.

@Jsar: I use Warcraft 3 Viewer, why don't you try it? It comes with all the needed files.

@bloodylegend: Any paint program is fine.
