MODELS|SKINS - Need DWARVES!

Again, my sig tells you, what I feel.
But I need an icon for the crossbowman, too...

Need another MODEL: Can anybody make a milita-version of this dwarven peasant ( http://www.wc3sear.ch/?p=Models&ID=150 )? You don't have to change much on the normal milita, just give him the longer beard and, if possible, the same beard color.

Notice: Hokage already knows, but for anyone else interested... the skin I made is removed, and replaced with this model:
